what i really mean is i want to get thiner wieight doesn't concern me but my parents keep telling me that i keep putting on more weight so i want to be slimmer

Joe answers:

Well, the only thing that you can do is work out more and also cutting down on white carbs. Instead, whole grains can help. 20 pounds in 2 months is really a lot!! The average for a good program of weight loss is 2 pounds a week. It isn't good to try to go on these crash diets and lose a lot of weight all at once. You will gain it back too quickly then.

Quick weight loss ideas?

Don't tell me 'you can't loss weight fast'
Or list off drugs that cost over 5$ that might burn fat
Give me natural things that burn fat/calories.

Joe answers:

Go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't
eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you
don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is
still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans.

David asks…

Good, not necessarily quick weight loss method?

Hey all, I'm 14, and not really fat but would like to loose a little weight, mainly because I oftn struggle at sports, ect. at School compared to other people. (I'm exactly 6ft and 80kg).

All of the weight loss methods I have seen so far on the internet have all been "buy this, and this, and this, and then this, any you'll become super slim"! And that just seems stupid to me (and I dont have the money).

So basically, i'm looking for any advice people can offer on a manageable weight loss solution. I don't requisr anything specific, just any advice people can offer. Thanks all for your help :)

Joe answers:

Eat healthy and exercise. Eat a lot of vegetables & fresh fruit. Keep away from processed flour, grains etc...use whole grain cereals, breads, pastas etc. Limit sweets, fats, and desserts, and processed foods. Beware of empty calories such as those in soda's. At your age being active and eating plenty of healthy food is all you should do. Do not go on a crazy diet or exercise regime.
