i am starting to workout and its about time i realize i need to loose weight...i gained alot of weight when i was with some of my obese friends who eats nothing but fast food, go to buffet almost every dinner time, and play sport once in a long while and get tired very quickly. i hav not so bad arms, my wrist is kinda small and my shoulders are really really muscular like alot of body builders. i am 5'5, weigh around 190s, have big BIG belly with love handles, man boobs that rests on my belly, and my neck is just getting bigger. i use to be around 160s 2 years ago until i met my obese friends in a new city. i dont really blame 100% to them because i should know what i need to do, but still they were not much of help. i need motivation, and my bro is a wrestling champ in high school but he's too busy with his own life to give time to me, help me loose belly, love handles, boobs, thighs and neck.......and help me gain muscles all over my body, its a cry for help so HELP.......PLZZZZZZZZ.

how can i loose fat really quickly?

I wanted to do this for 6 weeks but now i have less then two!? My diet is good but i never exercise as it is my holidays, i have alot of fat on my upper legs and a bit on lower legs along with a bit on my belly and arms (mainly belly and legs) how can i lose this fat quickly as possible as im in love at school but like i said we go back next Tuesday. I will do a max of 2 routines a day and if this job is easy then how to build a little muscle as well? I cant go running or swimming encase i see someone i know and i will be really embarrassed

Note: I arnt very fat as my chest is fairly straight but i could loose a little man boobs and belly fat and my legs and butt are alot fatter please help!!!
I dont want an easy way just a quick one!

How can a man shrink his belly at least an inch or two VERY quickly?

My husband eats healthy AND works out often and very consistently, and always has. However, He's a stocky man. He wants to lose his belly fat for health reasons, and I know how to help him lose some of the bulk in the long term, but I'm wanting to help him shrink his belly as much as possible in the next few weeks.
He's in the Air Force and has a PT test coming up, and although he excels in the running, push-up, etc categories, his waist is bigger and would cause him to lose some points.
He's been eating even leaner and working out even more the past couple months but can't seem to lose any of that belly (because it's the last place he loses fat, AND because he's getting older).
So I'm looking for ideas - cleanses, fasts, etc - that you may have personal experience in helping lose belly bulk.
PLEASE keep in mind that this is a man, around 30 years old, without a fast metabolism (except for that which he has earned by exercising so consistently), for whom the simple low-carb+high cardio combo hasn't worked.

Dont do pill cleanses or fasts. Try lots of fiber rich foods. Healthy foods. And lots of water. And herbal teas sometimes. Also look up apple cider vinegar weight loss on google its pretty good.
