How can I loss fat from my thighs and stomach quick and easely?

I am quit a fit guy, i am very active, i have well defind shoulders but i have quit a bit of fat on my torso and thighs my shoulders n calfs look great, i normaly eat breakfast and dont eat for the rest of the day until supper, and i play rugby and i can squat 140kgs and bench press 110kgs, i need to loss my belly and thighs before december.

I'm 13, 5' 9" and around 140. how can i loose stomach fat fast?

What i did was every time i was watching tv at home, during commercials i would do sit ups and crunches. It helped a lot and fairly fast. Also jogging for 20-40 mins in the morning it a really good way to lose weight fast and you lose it from every part of your body. :)

An effective quick fat loss?

Can someone please give me all the info they can about how to quickly lose the layer of fat around the stomach area? I don't do cardio because of asthma, and I don't eat any meat besides chicken and fish. I have extremely strong muscles and barely eat junk food at all, but the tummy area is still kinda rolly. Any help?

Dont eat any bread not even low fat because it really bloats around the stomach area.eat no bread + do lots of exercice for a few weeks + you should start to notice some changes
