teen belly fat loss help needed quick!???!?
whats a god workout i can do in my bedroom to burn belly fat? im 15, male, just got belly fat. i wanna lose it fast, but can only workout in nmy room for a while, id rather not share why. theres no way im alowed to go for a run or swim, so i still wanna lose it at home. please give me a really good workout at homr, with or without dumbbells, that will burn my belly fat fast, thanks

You sure can target weight loss!!!! If you work on your abs for a month your not going to lose fat on your legs! You will lose fat on your abs because when you exercise a muscle, the muscle burns the fat surrounding the area. This is true for specific exercises, but for things like running you cant really target weight loss because your body is involved. Anyways dude I would workout my abs and obliques...so basically your whole lower abdominal area and try to eat healthier if you aren't already.

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

What foods and lifestyle choices lead to quick belly fat gain?
I'm looking for some detailed info on what types of foods lead to belly fat piling up quickly and lifestyle choices that get and keep the fat there as well. Essentially a guide that would really lead to a flubbier belly if followed or lead to weight loss if followed in reverse. Thanks.

and getting no exercise
basically somone who does not lead a very active life and dose not care what enters their mouth
