Read More About Quick Fat Loss Exercises

exercises for teens for quick weight loss?

i am trying to lose weight.... i am 13, 5'2, and 158 pounds. I know I am fat, I really wanna lose it EVERYWHERE! Anyway.... I am pretty much free to do stuff (except thursdays, i play tennis for an hour) so stuff at home, i can go to the gym, run, anything.

Also:
breakfast :have cereal or coffee
walk to school (roughly takes 20 minutes or less)
lunch: sandwhich with wheat bread, turkey, and spicy brown mustard, and wheat thins sticks (8 or tthem) and target purified water w/ crystal light
walk home from school with a fast pace (20 min or less)
have a snack (depends but this is usually where i go overboard)
have dinner (depends)
that is my usual day..


my doctor said i can lose weight and that was all.

another thing... i have bigger boobs for my age, since that is weight, you know i will weigh extra?

one more thing........... i need motivation too :s

Do you have a dog? If you do take it for a walk. Walking briskly or walking at a fast pace for an extended amount of time say like 30 to 60 mis is better than running because it is easy on your joints. Your young and still developing, don" start tearing up the joints now. LOL As for your chest. Take what god gave you and be happy.
Eat correctly, seek out a meal plan online here as there are many good sites that can lead you in a healthy direction.

Do sit ups!
Go on excersise bike,
drink alot of water.
Cuuz thats what i did cept i ate alot lesss i only had a snack and dinner at night
and ive lost a few stone now:) i was like 11.9 stone or summit but now im like 10 stone:)

Real Weight Loss Help?

I'm 16 , Male and Im 230 lbs. I'm 5' 8 I really want to lose at least 70 pounds. I want to do this over the span of a year. What are some great ways to lose weight. I already know smaller portion sizes and drink lots of water. What are the best most effective exercises? Some foods that speed up metabolism and healthy foods. The best fat burning exercises and quickest weight loss techniques.

Please don't write stupid stuff like liposuction or bulemia.

Congrats on your deision to become more heathy. Take some advice from a mom who lost just about 75 pounds. Here's what I did. First you have to be motivated and commited. The best excersives are ones that will increase your heart rate. Any activity that is aerobic (walking fast paced, jogging, biking, aerobics classes) that gets your heart rate up are the BEST exercises for loosing weight. I started by walking 2-3 times a week and last month I ran a 1/2 marathon in less than 2 hours, 75 pounds lighter than when I started. So first get moving, if you can't run or jog walk at a pace that makes your heart work for at LEAST 20 minutes and build up in speed, distance and time. Eat lean protein with in 30 minutes of exercising (Your body will need a boost and since your body is in buring calorie mode the protein will go strait to you muscles) I drank a protien shake or hard boiled egg (no yolk) drank lots of water, and like you said lots of small meals. Avoid Junk food and cut out Soda completely! Watch your calories, find out how many daily calories you need and stick to this, and with the added exercise believe me you will notice a difference week one. Don't cheat! But if you, just pick up wher you left off nothing worse than giving up. Choose to Commit to this for a week, trust me it will work for you.
